含桂油祛风去湿保健饮料的研究

摘　　要：以桂油为主体 ,按照传统中医药的配伍原则筛选出八种天然植物为辅料 ,确定了有祛风去湿功能的保健饮料的配方。研究了桂油与辅料间的配伍性能 ;这些保健饮料的样品与市售同类饮料的对照研究结果表明 ,所筛选出的饮料配方在质量和感观指标方面与市售同类型饮料一致。According to the principle of compatibility of medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine,cinnamon oil as the main part of the drink and eight Chinese herbs as the subsidiary raw material,the formulation of the drink with dispel wind and wet is determined.The function of compatibility of medicines between cinnamon oil and those materials is studied.The prescription of the health protection drink that possess the function of dispelling wind and wet is made up.
