摘　　要：从高职院校化工专业实训考核的现状、就业岗位对人才提出的新要求、高职院校推进"双证书"制度的需要三个方面分析了基于化工总控工国家职业标准改革化工专业实训考核方式的必要性,提出了基于化工总控工国家职业标准确定考核方式的原则,以及考核内容、考核指标和评价方法,介绍了改革的实施效果。According to the status of chemical professional training assessment, the new employees requirements of modern petrochemical enterprises and the need of promoting ＂ double certificate＂ system in higher vocational colleges, the necessity of reforming assessment method of chemical professional training based on national occupational standards of chemical general control work was analyzed, and the principles of formulating assessment method, evaluation content, evaluation index system and evaluation methods were proposed. At last the implementation effect of the reform was introduced.
