摘　　要：研究了具有正、负2类顾客的M/M/1工作休假排队模型,工作休假策略为空竭服务、N策略带启动时间多重工作休假.负顾客一对一抵消队首正在接受服务的正顾客,若系统中无正顾客时,到达的负顾客自动消失,负顾客不接受服务.使用拟生灭过程和矩阵几何解方法,得到了系统队长的稳态分布,也证明了系统队长和等待时间的条件随机分解结构.The M/M/1 queue of working vacations with set-up time N-policy negative customers was in- vestigated for either ＂positive＂ or ＂negative＂ customers. The working vacation policy with N-policy and set-up time is exhaustive and multiple working vocation. The negative customers only remove positive custo-mers who are being served at the head of the queue one by one. When there is no positive customer in the system, the arrived negative customers will disappear automatically without service. Based on quasi birth and death process and matrix geometric solution, the steady state distribution for queue length was ob-tained. The conditional stochastic decomposition structure of the queue length and the waiting time were proved.
