摘　　要：首先分析了河南省食品冷链物流的发展现状和特点,然后分析了河南省发展食品冷链物流的现实环境;在分析的基础上指出河南省发展两种冷链物流模式的利弊,并提出发展冷链物流时需要注意的几个问题。In this paper, we first analyzed the current status, characteristitos, and actual environment of the development of food cold-chain logistics in Henan, on the basis of which we illustrated the strength and weaknes of two different modes of cold-chain logistics for Henan and pointed out several problems worthy of note.
