小儿肠息肉中Ki-67 ER的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肠息肉中Ki-67和ER的表达情况及其意义。方法免疫组化法检测4例正常结肠壁、13例肠息肉病和10例单发息肉标本中Ki-67、ER的表达情况。结果正常结肠壁有Ki-67的表达,无ER的表达;Ki-67在肠息肉病和单发息肉中均有表达,肠息肉病组显著高于单发息肉组(P<0.05);肠息肉和单发息肉中均无ER的表达。结论小儿肠息肉的细胞增殖与Ki-67基因异常有关,与雌激素无关。Objective To investigate the expression of Ki - 67 and estrogen receptor （ER） in childhood intestinal polyps. Methods Expression of Ki -67 and ER was examined with SP immuno - histochemical method in 4 specimens of normal colon, 13 specimens of in- testinal polyposis and 10 specimens of sporadic intestinal polyps. Results Expresseion of Ki -67 was found in normal colon, and there was no expression of ER. The expression of Ki - 67 could be detected both in intestinal polyposis and sporadic intestinal polyp with a higher ex- pression in intestinal polyposis. There wasnt expression of ER in childhood intestinal polyps. Conclusion Ki - 67 gene may be involved in the cell proliferation of childhood intestinal polyps, but estrogen doesnt be involved.
