改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的临床疗效。方法回顾我科185例采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的术后效果。结果本组病例中177例(95.7%)达到手术治愈,解除烦恼溢泪症状。结论我科所采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of modified dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods The therapeutic effects of 185 patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction treated with modified dacryocystorhi- nostomy in our department were analyzed retrospectively. Results 177 cases （95.7%） healed up by surgical operation without epiphora symptom. Conclusions Modified dacryocystorhinostomy is an effective method in the treatment ofnasolacrimal duct obstruction.
