摘  要:[目的]探讨二甲戊灵不同浓度和不同处理时间对玉米根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响。[方法]用0.02、0.10、0.20 g/L浓度的二甲戊灵处理玉米种子,于处理后12、24、36、48 h观察不同浓度二甲戊灵对玉米根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响。[结果]在光学显微镜下检测到以染色体凝集和多极为主并伴有桥、成环、滞后、染色体加倍、微核等染色体畸变现象。二甲戊灵不同浓度和不同处理时间均能引起染色体的异常分裂,其中0.10 g/L二甲戊灵处理24 h时引起的染色体畸变率最高(7.389%)。[结论]为生产上更加合理地使用二甲戊灵类除草剂提供了参考。[Objective] The aim was to explore the effects of different concentrations and different treatment time of pendimethalin on chromosome aberration of corn root tip cells.[Method] Corn root tips were treated with 0.02,0.10 and 0.20 g/L pendimethalin,and then effects of different concentrations of pendimethalin on chromosome aberration of corn root tip cells were observed after treatment of 12,24,36 and 48 hours.[Result] It was observed through microscope that chromosome condensation and multipolar were main phenomenon,accompanied by bridges,rings,laggards,chromosome doubling and micronuclei.Both different concentrations and different treatment time of pendimethalin could induce corn root tip cells to abnormal division,among them 0.10 g/L pendimethalin and the treatment time of 24 h could induce the highest aberration rate of chromosome(7.389%).[Conclusion] The research provides reference for the rational use of herbicides pendimethalin.
