摘　　要：脂肪细胞不仅是储存脂质的场所,而且具有分泌功能。脂肪细胞分泌的具有生物活性的物质,统称为脂肪细胞分泌因子。脂肪细胞分泌因子通过自分泌或旁分泌作用参与自身或其他组织的代谢。针对目前已确定的脂肪细胞分泌因子,从基因结构、定位、功能及对代谢的调控等方面进行综述,为深入全面地了解脂肪细胞的功能提供参考。Adipoeytes was regarded as a place not only to store lipids, but also to secrete biological active substances. These hiological active substances were namely adipocytokines, which could regulate the regulation of other tissues and itself by auto-seereting or side-secreting meth- ods. The review discusses the recent advances of porcine adipocytokines including the molecular structure, physiological function and regula- ting the metabolism and so on, Mining to provide references for comprehensively understanding the functions of lipucyte.
