摘  要:本文计算了内聚光膜式全玻璃真空太阳集热管在烘烤排气过程中的排气量,提出了一种定量表征其真空品质的方法,然后通过集热管高温烘烤———加速老化实验对其真空性能进行了验证,首次利用内聚光膜式集热管高温烘烤过程中铝膜温度随老化时间的变化曲线表征其真空性能,且效果良好。实践表明,这种定量分析结合实验验证的方法表征内聚光膜式集热管真空品质是行之有效的。A quantitative method was proposed for indicating the vacuum quality of all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes with inner membrane capable of concentrating sunlight by calculating their gaseous flow evacuated during the baking-evacuating,and then the vacuum quality of the tubes was validated by high-temperature baking & accelerating-aging experiments.It is the first time to indicate the vacuum quality of the tubes by the temperature curve of aluminium membrane dependent on aging time in the process of high temperature baking and good results were achieved.It is effective to indicate the vacuum quality of the tubes by combining quantitative analysis with experiment validation.
