船载卫通站伺服电机阻值跳变原因分析

摘  要:针对某船载卫通站在设备检查维护时发现的电机三相绕组阻值跳变问题,深入剖析了永磁交流伺服同步电机及天线传动链相关设备内部原理,结合数字万用表基本电路,得出了使用数字万用表测电机三相绕组时的简化模型,利用电磁学相关原理及海上相关试验,论证了引发阻值跳变问题的根源。基于阻值跳变原因,进行了影响域分析,并提出了解决措施,付诸实践后有效减小了船载卫通站伺服电机阻值跳变幅度。To solve the problem of resistance jump in three - phase winding of servo electromotor during maintenance of shipboard satellite communications station, the principles of permanent magnet synchronous servo motor and transmission chain of antenna are analyzed thoroughly, and combining with the basic circuit of digital multimeter, a simplified model is proposed for measuring the resistance of three - phase winding using a digital muhimeter. The electromagnetic principle and the test at sea indicate the reason of resistance jump, based on which the influence to the system can be concluded and the solution is proposed, which solves the problem effectively.
