中药辨证针刺配合西药治疗视神经萎缩66例

摘　　要：目的观察滋补肝肾类药物内服配合针刺及西药治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法以药物,针刺睛明、承泣、上明为主,配合穴位注射西医治疗,治疗视神经萎缩66例(95眼)。结果 66例中显效24例35眼(36.8%),有效34例48眼(50.5%),无效8例12眼(12.6%),总有效率87.3%。结论该法治疗视神经萎缩疗效肯定,能促进已萎缩的视神经提高视功能。OBJECTIVE To observe the nourishing liver kidney drugs with acupuncture and western medicine treatment and the clinical curative effect of optic atrophy and influence factors of curative effect. METHODS By the medicine, acupuncture in Jingming, Chengqi and so on, and injected with western medicine treatment, 66 eases of optic atrophy （95 eyes） were treat- ed. RESULTS 66 cases were markedly improved in 24 cases of 35 eyes （36.8%）, effective 34 patients in 48 eyes （50.5%）, invalid 8 cases of 12 eyes （12.6%）, the total effective rate was 87.3%. CONCLUSION The curative effect of treatment in op- tic atrophy is obvious, it can promote atrophied optic nerve and improve visual function.
