摘　　要：青光眼是一组以特征性视神经萎缩和视野缺损为共同特征的疾病,是一种常见的不可逆性致盲眼病。目前,已有手术、激光等多种治疗方法,但局部抗青光眼药物仍然是主要选择。本文主要对各类局部药物的作用机制、临床应用及其副作用进行综述,为青光眼药物进一步研究提供参考。As a common irreversible cause of blindness, glaucoma is an eye disease characterized by specific optic nerve lesion and defect of visual field. At present, there are some treatments such as surgery, laser and so on. However, glaucoma topical medication is still the main choice. This paper reviews the mechanism, clinical applications and effects of glaucoma topical medication for the further study of glaucoma drugs.
