羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病27例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保存羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的适应证和疗效。方法对27例眼表疾病患者施行羊膜移植术,进行临床观察并结合预后随访判断疗效。结果 27例患者手术均无感染,无排斥反应,除Ⅲ度烧伤2例分别在术后7、9d羊膜脱落,其余各例眼表重建良好,视力总体水平提升。结论羊膜移植治疗多种眼表疾病安全、有效,但不利于眼表损伤严重的急性烧伤患者眼表重建。Objective To explore the clinical indications and efficacy of preserved human amniotie membrane transplantation for ocular surface disorder. Methods Perform preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation on 27 patients with refractory ocular surface disorder, the curative effect was assessed according to clinical observation and prognostic follow- up. Results All cases of surgery were successful without infection and rejection. The grafts attached smoothly and recon- structed ocular surface successful except for 2 cases of acute m degree burn which graft amniotic membrane shed off at 7, 9 days postoperatively. Overall vision level improved to various extents. Conclusion Preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation is safe and effective for most ocular surface disorder, but isnJt appropriate for cases of acute alkali burn.
