摘　　要：目的研究肺嗜酸性肉芽肿的MSCT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾6例经病理证实的肺部嗜酸性肉芽肿的CT资料,分析病变的形态、数目、大小及分布情况。结果 6例患者中2例囊变、网格、结节并存;2例结节、磨玻璃影并存;1例结节、囊变并存;1例囊变和网格并存。8个结节、82个囊变分布于上中肺野;8个结节、7个囊变位于双肺基底部。2例伴有肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大。结论肺部嗜酸性肉芽肿有特征性的MSCT表现,MSCT对肺嗜酸性肉芽肿定性诊断有重要价值。Objective To study the pulmonary eosinophilic granuloma of the performance and diagnostic value of MSCT. Methods 6 patients with pathologically confirmed pulmonary eosinophilic granuloma of the CT data, analysis of lesion morphology, number, size and distribution. Results 6 patients, 2 cases of cystic change, grid, nodules coexist; 2 cases of nodular, ground glass coexist; 1 case of nodular cystic coexist; 1 case of cystic degeneration and grid co-exist. 8 nodules, distributed in 82 cystic on the lung fields; 8 nodules, seven cystic change in the lung base. 2 cases were associated with hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes. Conclusion Pulmonary eosinophilic granuloma with characteristic performance of MSCT, MSCT for diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma of the lung has an important value.
