摘 要:目的:优化正丁醇萃取技术制备高纯度栀子苷的工艺。方法:以精制品中栀子苷的含量和栀子苷的转移率为指标,优选正丁醇萃取技术纯化栀子苷的最佳工艺。结果:正丁醇萃取工艺为:取栀子苷粗提物适量,加20倍量的水使之溶解,分别加入正丁醇萃取2次,每次正丁醇用量为栀子苷粗提物质量的20倍,收集正丁醇萃取液,回收正丁醇,干燥,收集白色粉末状样品。结论:此工艺简便易行,效率高,可用于制备纯度高于90%的栀子苷。Objective:To optimize the process for preparation of high purity geniposide. Methods:Using the content and transfer ratio of geniposide as the parameters,the process for purification of geniposide by extraction technology with butanol was optimized. Results:The optimal process for purification of geniposide was as follows: dissolve the crude geniposide extract with water of 20 times volume, carry out liquid-liquid extraction with the same volume of butanol for 2 times, collect the butanol part, recycle the butanol and dry in vacuum to get the white powder which was the purified geniposide. Conclusion:This process is simple and affordable,and can be used to prepare geniposide with purity of higher than 90%.
