摘　　要：分析了产品设计部门与售后服务部门之间的信息集成需求,建立了产品售后服务信息模型,基于Web service技术建立了PDM系统与售后服务系统的集成架构,实现了二者的集成,并在某汽车制造企业进行了应用实施,为提高企业产品研发速度和售后服务水平奠定了坚实的基础。The requirements of the information integration between the product design department and the after-service department are firstly analyzed, then the product after-service information model is established, based on Web service, the integration architec- ture between PDM and the after-service system is constructed,the two systems are integrated,and implemented in an auto enter- prise, which lays the groundwork of the improvement of product development and the improvement of after-services level.
