摘  要:考察纳米TiO2填充酚醛树脂基摩擦材料在不同载荷和温度下的摩擦磨损性能,采用电子显微镜分析摩擦表面的微观形貌,采用粗糙度仪考察摩擦表面的粗糙度。结果表明:与添加微米TiO2的摩擦材料相比,添加纳米TiO2后,摩擦材料的韧性提高了22%,摩擦因数更加平稳;在300和350℃高温下磨损率分别降低了32%和22%,且摩擦材料磨损表面更致密平整。The tribologieal properties of nano-TiO2 reinforced phenolic based friction materials under various tempera-tures and loads were studied. The worn surface was investigated by SEM, and the roughness was measured by surface roughometer. The results show that the toughness of material filled with nano-TiO2 increases by 22% , and the change range of friction coefficient under various loads and temperatures is lower. The wear rates of nano-TiO2 reinforced materials in high temperature of 300 and 350 ℃ decrease by 32% and 22%. SEM analysis indicates that nano-TiO2 has good micro- scopic reinforced effect,which is helpful to form smooth and comoact worn surface.
