摘　　要：目的研究听神经瘤的MRI表现与特征,探讨MRI在听神经瘤检查中的作用。方法分析25例听神经瘤的MRI征象,采用T1WI、T2WI平扫及横断面、冠状面T1WI检查,全部病例均进行Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果单侧肿瘤24例,双侧1例。肿瘤直径2-4cm18例,T1WI上呈等低信号,T2WI上呈高信号,出血或坏死可呈低高混杂信号。结论 MRI是检查听神经瘤的有效方法,Gd-DTPA对微小听神经瘤的诊断很有价值,可作为听神经瘤术前首选检查方法。Objoctive To study the examination parameters and characteristics of acoustic neuromas. Methods The MRI features of 25 patients with acoustic neuroma were analysed retrospectively. The examinations were performed by transaxial T1 .T2-weighted imagines and coronal or sagittal T1 .T2-weighted imagines were obtained in each case.All patients were examined with Gd-DTPA. Result Unilateral tumor 24, bilateral 1. tumor size 2-4cm （18 cases）, all patients were confirmed by operation. TI weighted imagines shows the equal or low signal, T2 weighted imagines shows the high signal. Low and high mixture signal will be shown when being hemorrhage or necrosis. ConcdusJon MRI is an important examination method in acoustic neuromas.Gd-DTPA has very valuable in the diagnosis of microacoustic neuromas.
