摘　　要：目的探讨腮裂囊肿的螺旋CT表现及诊断价值。方法结合文献对5例经手术及病理证实的腮裂囊肿的CT表现进行回顾分析。结果 5例腮裂囊肿表现为颈前三角区囊状密度影,边界清晰锐利,密度均匀,3例伴有瘘道形成;增强扫描,囊壁明显强化。结论腮裂囊肿在CT上有固定的部位和典型表现,根据其位置及CT表现可以做出正确诊断。Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and diagnostic value of branchial cleft cyst. Methods Five cases of branchial cleft cysts confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the cases displayed capsular density shadow in anterior cervical triangle. They had sharp border and well-distributed density. Three of them formed fistulous tracts. The walls of cysts obviously enhanced under the examination of enhanced scan. Conclustion Branchial cleft cyst had a fixed position and a typical performance on CT. According to its location and manifestation, it could be precisely diagnosed.
