摘　　要：目的探讨大学生人际压力的结构并以此为基础编制问卷。方法通过访谈和开放式问卷等方法,编制大学生人际压力问卷,并对其进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果探索性因素分析表明,大学生人际压力包含6个因素:无助挫败、紧张约束、矛盾冲突、强势竞争、焦虑担忧和差距对比;验证性因素分析表明:χ2/df=2.86,GFI=0.87,AGFI=0.85,RMSEA=0.06,NFI=0.82,IFI=0.88,CFI=0.86;问卷的内部一致性系数为0.94,各维度内部一致性系数为0.82～0.88。结论大学生人际压力问卷具有较好的信度与效度。Objectives To explore the structure of interpersonal stress and develop the questionnaire for college students.Methods Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to develop and evaluate the structure of the questionnaire.The reliability and validity was also tested.Results Exploratory factor analysis of items indicated that the questionnaire had six factors：Helpless frustration,stress constraints,conflicts,strong competition,anxiety,fears and gaps in the comparison.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexes for ：χ2/df=2.86,GFI=0.87,AGFI=0.85,RMSEA=0.06,NFI=0.82,IFI=0.88,CFI=0.86.Internal consistency analysis showed that the Cronbach α coefficients of the questionnaire was 0.94,and the Cronbach α coefficients of six factors were range from 0.82 to 0.88.Conclusion The Interpersonal Stress Questionnaire for College Students has good reliability and validity.
