摘 要:目的探讨大学生世故性、自我表露和知识共享的关系。方法采用成人马基雅维利主义量表(Mach-IV)、自我表露指数量表和知识共享评估量表对187名在校大学生进行测量。结果①大学生世故性、自我表露和知识共享的性别差异显著(t=3.886,4.284;P<0.001;t知识共享=2.924,P<0.01),文理科差异不显著;②大学生世故性、自我表露和知识共享三者之间呈显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);③自我表露在大学生世故性和知识共享之间起到了部分中介效应,中介效应比率为11.93%。结论大学生世故性、自我表露和知识共享三者密切相关,世故性可以通过自我表露的行为来影响知识共享的行为。Objective To explore the relationship between college students’sophistication,self-disclosure and knowledge sharing.Methods A total of 187 college students were assessed with Mach-IV,self-disclosure index and knowledge sharing scale.Results ①There were significant gender differences in the total scores of sophistication(t=3.886,P〈0.001),self-disclosure(t=4.284,P〈0.001)and knowledge sharing(t=2.924,P〈0.01),but no significant differences between social science and natural science(t=1.039,0.246,0.194;P〉0.05).②There were significant correlations among sophistication,self-disclosure and knowledge sharing(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).③Self-disclosure was significantly related with sophistication and knowledge sharing,which played a mediating role,and the intermediary effect was 11.93%.Conclusion There are significant relations among sophistication,self-disclosure and knowledge sharing.Self-disclosure is the mediating variable between sophistication and knowledge sharing among college students.
