早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的临床效果。方法:对2007年11月-2011年11月于笔者所在科治疗的164例急性脑卒中患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组82例,A、B两组患者在急性期均予以常规的药物治疗,而A组患者生命体征呈平稳状态后则予以康复治疗,主要实施电刺激疗法及运动疗法。结果:A、B两组患者在入院时上下肢的运动功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经1个月的治疗后,A组患者上下肢运动功能的评分与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性脑卒中患者进行早期的康复治疗,不仅运动功能恢复的较快,而且生活质量也得到了显著提高,应予推广。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of early rehabilitation to motor function recovery of acute stroke patients.Methods ：The clinical data of 164 patients with acute stroke in author＇s department treatment from November 2007 to November 2011 were retrospective analysis, 164 cases were randomly divided into A, B groups, with 82 cases in each group, the patients of two groups was treated with conventional drug therapy in the acute phase, the patients of A group was treated with rehabilitation treatment after the vital signs showed a steady state, rehabilitation treatment main included electrical stimulation therapy and exercise therapy.Results ：The upper and lower extremity motor function between two groups when in the hospital did not have significant difference（P〉0.05） ; After a month of treatment, the differences of upper and lower extremity motor of two groups was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ：Early rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with acute stroke, not only make the motor function having a rapid recovery, quality of life has been significantly improved, and should be promoted.
