摘　　要：河北省皮革产业集群需要建立信息联盟,信息联盟在集群中承担着多种角色:是知识管理升级的引导者;信息共享平台的提供者;优秀集群文化的倡导者;集群内部企业信息诉求的代言者。Hebei leather industry cluster needs to establish the information union. Information union has multiple roles in leather industry cluster, such as guide of knowledge management upgrade, provider of information -sharing platform, outstanding advocator of the cluster culture, spokesman of the clustered internal enterprise information demands.
