摘　　要：在烧结空心砖生产过程中,煤矸石粉末含水率的大小直接影响其成型质量。针对砖厂加水自动化程度低、原料含水率控制不精确以及加水滞后、非线性等特点,利用现代测控技术,并引入专家系统PID控制算法,设计了一套全自动加水控制系统。实现了"料跟踪水,水跟踪料"的闭环控制,使原料含水率得到精确控制,取得良好的效果。In production of fired hollow brick, the moisture content of coal shale directly affects its plasticity and the products quality. Aiming at improving the automation level to water into material, the inaccurate control of raw material moisture content and watering delay, an automatic control watering system is designed based on the modem control technology and PID control algorithm of expert system, which can exactly control the moisture content of raw materials.
