COX-2、VEGF及MMP-9蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测COX-2蛋白在66例子宫内膜癌、29例子宫内膜非典型增生、31例子宫内膜对照组织的表达;检测VEGF、MMP-9蛋白在66例子宫内膜癌中的表达;分析COX-2蛋白与VEGF、MMP-9蛋白的表达是否存在相关性。结果:COX-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜非典型增生组织中的表达均高于正常子宫内膜对照组患者(P<0.01);COX-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌组患者的表达高于子宫内膜非典型增生组患者(P<0.01);在子宫内膜癌组中COX-2蛋白的过表达与VEGF和MMP-9蛋白的表达均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:COX-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌组中表达明显增强;COX-2可能通过上调VEGF和MMP-9参与肿瘤血管新生及癌细胞的侵袭,在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中起一定的作用。Objective：To study the expression of COX-2、VEGF and MMP-9 protein,then investigate their clincial significance in carcinoma of endometrium.Methods：immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of COX-2 in tissue samples of 66 carcinomas of endometriums,29 atypical hyperplasias of endomertriums,31 normal controls;immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF、 MMP-9 protein in tissue samples of 66 carcinomas of endometriums;the analysis their correlationship.Results：There was significant different between carcinomas of endomtriums and atypical hyperplasias of endomertrium（sP0.01）;In tissue samples of 66 carcinomas of endometriums,expression of COX-2 is closely correlated with expression of VEGF and MMP-9（P0.01）.Conclusions：The expression of COX-2 protein in carcinomas of endometriums is significantly increased.COX-2 protein might up regulate the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in carcinomas of endometriums,promote tumor angiogenesis and further facilitate the growth of tumors and development of metastases.
