摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理在临床的应用价值。方法:对我院"2011年胃肠外科推广优质护理服务工作计划"在实施中的效果进行总结。结果:2011年胃肠外科共收治患者2300例,患者的满意度>98%,而且随着工作的不断深入,满意度进一步提高。结论:优质护理可有效地提高护理工作质量,优化医患关系。Objectives Discussion of quality nursing care in clinical application value.Methods Develop＂2011gastrointestinal surgery promote quality care services plan＂,and according to the work plan,work,constantly optimize the service process,detailed work link,pay attention to the details of services,improve service quality.ResultsIn 2011 the gastrointestinal surgery were treated 2300 cases of patients,satisfaction of patients with 98%,and along with the continuous deepening of the work,satisfaction to further improve.Conclusions Quality nursing care can improve the nursing system,effectively improve the quality of nursing work,optimize the doctor-patient relationship.
