摘　　要：目的探讨CA125、AFP、CEA血清表达水平对卵巢癌诊断的价值。方法:采用酶联免疫法检测健康人群、良性肿瘤及卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、AFP、CEA表达水平,并进行比较分析。结果:卵巢癌患者血清CA125表达(375.2±350)u/ml、CEA表达(9.6±8.6)ng/ml水平明显高于健康人群、良性肿瘤患者(P<0.05);AFP表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);结论:CA125作为卵巢癌敏感指标与CEA、AFP联合检测对卵巢肿瘤患者的诊断、治疗及预后观测具有重要价值。TO study the disgnostic value of combined measurement of the cancer antigen 125,CEA and AFP in patients with ovarian tumors.Methods：Using enzyme immunoassay for detection of healthy population,benign tumors and patients with ovarian cancer serum CA125,AFP,CEA expression levels,and a comparative analysis..Results：Expression of serum CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer（375.2 ±350） u/ml,expression of CEA（9.6 ±8.6） ng/ml levels were significantly higher than healthy people,patients with benign tumors（P0.05）;the expression of AFP had no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：CA125 as a sensitive indicator of ovarian cancer patients with the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of observation has important value of CEA,AFP detection.
