摘 要:目的观察运脾方不同剂量对小鼠肠推进的作用,探讨运脾方在治疗小儿厌食症中发挥临床药效的作用机制。方法选取昆明种小鼠,分为正常组、阳性对照组和运脾方大剂量组、运脾方中剂量组、运脾方小剂量组,连续给药7 d后,给予炭末混悬液,测定小肠炭末推进率。结果运脾方大、中、小剂量组小鼠的小肠炭末推进率与正常组比较均明显降低。结论运脾方能够有效地减慢正常小鼠的肠推进,不仅有利于营养物质的吸收,而且为其药效发挥提供了充足的时间。Objective It is to observe the intestinal propulsion effects of Yun-pi Prescription in different dose in mice and to explore the mechanism of Yun-pi Prescription in treatment of children anorexia. Methods Sixty KM mice were randomly di- vided into groups as normal group, positive control group, and Yun-pi Prescription treatment groups including high-, middle- and low-dose. After 7 days treatment with homologous drug, the charcoal-powder propulsion rate of small intestine in mice was measured. Results The charcoal-powder propulsion rate of small intestine were all significantly reduced in the high-, middle- and low-dose groups of Yun-pi Prescription. Conclusion Yun-pi Prescription can effectively slow down the rate of intestinal propulsion in mice. It not only helps the absorption of nutrients, but also provides sufficient time to play its efficacy.
