摘　　要：霉菌毒素普遍存在于饲料和饲料原料中,是霉菌在配合饲料及其原料中生长时产生的次生代谢产物。其具有很强的毒害作用,对动物造成多种急性和慢性毒害,对畜禽养殖造成重大危害。文章对霉菌毒素的种类、危害及对动物养殖的影响进行了综述。Mycotoxins founds commonly in feed and ingredients, which is the generates secondary metabolites in growth of mold in feed or material s. Its toxic effect is very strong, which cause a variety of animal acute and chronic toxicity. Mycotoxins creates a serious risk of livestock production. This paper summaried the＇ mycotoxin types, harm and to the influence of the animal breeding.
