大鼠脑中P物质和生长抑素免疫反应性物质分布  

DISTRIBUTION OF SUBSTANCE P AND SOMATOSTATIN IMMUNOREACTIVITY IN THE RAT BRAIN

摘　　要：用免疫组化ABC法作大鼠脑内P物质(SP)和生长抑素(SOM)免疫反应性物质定位。观察到SP阳性细胞和纤维存在于下列部位:①边缘前脑和脑干内脏核:岛叶皮质、终纹床核、杏仁中央核、室旁核、弓状核、孤束核、中缝大核和外侧网状核;②边缘中脑:脚间核、被盖腹核和被盖背核;③尾壳核-苍白球-黑质系统;④一些与视觉、听觉或平衡觉有关的核团。SOM阳性细胞最集中的部位是下丘脑室周区;SOM阳性纤维则广泛分布于以上的所有部位。结果认为脑内的SP细胞、SP纤维和SOM纤维存在于4个调节系统中:①内脏内分泌调节系统;②情绪记忆调节系统;③锥体外运动系统;④视觉、听觉和平衡觉调节系统。SOM细胞也明显集中于内脏内分泌调节系统中。Substance P (SP) and somatostatin (SOM) immunoreactivity in the rat brain was localized with ABC immunohistochemical method. SP positive cells and fibers were found in the following regions: (1) limbic forebrain and brainstem visceral nuclei: insular cortex, bed nucleus (n.) of stria terminalis, central amygdaloid n., paraventricular n., arcuate n., solitary n., magnus raphe n. and lateral reticular n.; (2) limbic 'midbrain: inter-peduncular n., ventral tegmental n. and dorsal tegmental n.; (3) caudate putamen n. -globus pallidus - substantia nigra system; (4) some nuclei related to visual, aural or equilibral regulation. SOM iinmunoreactive cells were concentrated most in periventricular region of hypotlialaraus, and they were also located in the above (1) and (4) nuclei; while SOM fibers were v/idespread in all the regions indicated above. On the basis of these results, we recognize that SP cells, SP fibers and SOM fibers in the brain may exist in four regulation systems: (1) visceral and endocrine regulation system; (2) emotional and memorial regulation system; (3) extropyramidal system; (4) visual, aural and equilibral regulation system. SOM cells are also obviously localized in visceral and endocrine regulation system.
