培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗肺腺癌的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗中晚期肺腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法对31例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者用培美曲塞500mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1;奈达铂100mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1;21天为1个周期,并服叶酸和肌肉注射维生素B12以减轻毒副反应。两个周期后用WHO标准评价有效率和毒副反应。结果 31例患者中,总有效率29.0%(9/31例)。Ⅲ度白细胞下降1例,而Ⅳ度白细胞下降、恶心呕吐、血小板下降及神经毒性的发生率为0。结论初步研究结果提示,培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺腺癌具有较好的疗效和安全性。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of pemetrexed and nedaplat in the treatment of the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 31 patients with pathologically confirmed lung adenocarcinoma were treated with pemetrexed 500 mg/m2 and nedaplat 100 mg/m2,d1,ivdrip.The patient received oral folic acid and vitamin B12 supplementation to reduce toxicity.The tumor response and toxicity were measured by the WHO criteria.Results The objective response rate was 29.0%（9/31）.The grade III incidence of leukocyte decrease was 3.2%,but the grade IV nausea and vomiting,decrease of platelet and neurotoxicity was zero.Conclusion The pemetrexed comhined with nedaplat is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients.
