摘　　要：改革开放30多年,中国大学发展的成绩有目共睹,同时,所面临的挑战和问题也不可回避。本文从文化精神、管理、质量、学术、人才培养、创新和深化改革等多个维度针对大学的问题和弊端细细发问,层层探究,提请各位大学管理者作为一个群体冷静地思考、检讨和反省,以期在深层次改革的关键时期发挥应当发挥的重要作用。During the 30 more years＇ Reform and Opening up, the development a- chievements of Chinese universities are obvious to people.
