体育院校运动训练专业小球专项课程改革思考——以沈阳体育学院为例

摘　　要：本文以体育院校运动训练专业小球专项课程发展为研究视角,以沈阳体育学院为研究个案,分析课程开展中存在的问题,提出完善建议。研究结果表明:建立多元化人才培养路径;合理调控学生人数;采用分层教学;更新现有教学内容;完善考核体系及评价标准;构建良好的学习氛围;减轻教师现有工作量等措施有助于提高小球专项课程质量。By taking Shenyang Sport University as a sample, the author analyses the problems existing in the courses of table tennis, badminton and tennis from the viewpoint of the course development in the major of sports training in sport universities. According to the research, the following measures can be taken to solve the problems existing in the teaching and learning： to set up pluralistic talent breeding routes, to reasonably regu- late the numbers of the students, to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, to renew the teaching materials in time, to optimize the test system and standard, to con- struct good learning atmosphere, and to lighten the teachers＇teaching burden, etc. And all these measures can play an active role in optimizing the teaching and learning environ- ment and improving the teaching and learning quality.
