摘　　要：在梳理国内外风险投资与高新技术产业发展相关文献的基础上,对国内外主要国家的互动模式进行了归纳与评价,从系统角度提出风险投资与高新基础产业互动发展的新模式,并使用AHP与DEA方法对中国主要城市进行绩效评价。This paper summarizes and appraisals to the venture capital and high technology industries interaction mode home and abroad based on the research papers, and then offers a new way in this paper views on the one sys- tem which testified by the China several cities data that uses the method of the analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis.
