摘　　要：技术成本分析是远程教育得以顺利开展的重要保证。在分析美国远程教育机构通用的技术成本分析方法(TCM)的产生背景基础上,详细介绍了TCM的核心要素和成本计算的基本步骤,并提出对我国远程教育的借鉴。Technology cost methodology is the important guarantee of implementing the distance educa- tion. This paper analyses the background of TCM in American distance education institute, and intro- duces the elements of TCM and its approach. Some reflections on Chinese practice are given at the end of the paper.
