摘　　要：为实现地下工程中除湿机的集成监控,把计算机技术、PLC网络技术和现场控制采集设备结合起来,利用串口服务器组建了一个除湿机远程监控网络。该系统用两层网络将三层设备相连,第一层是S7-200与现场设备组成的Modbus网络,第二层是由上位工控机、集线器和串口服务器组成的TCP/IP网络。上位机通过力控组态软件组态完成远程控制与数据库处理。实际应用表明,该系统应用简便,运行可靠,在工程上具有实际意义。Government audit is the supervision and restraint of power. At the current stage, the development of local governments audit in China face the dilemma that the auditing functions is softening. This article analyzed the reasons and proposed the countermeasures to auditing functions softening from multiple perspectives in view of the main problems of the local government audit.
