摘　　要：市场经济中的功利主义和实用主义造成了大学生创业诚信品质形成中的各种障碍。高校应以责任为基础,启迪学生自律,采取对策,排除大学生创业诚信品质形成的障碍,营造创业诚信品质教育的氛围。Integrity is the cornerstone of healthy personality of entrepreneur,is the survival and continued development of entrepreneurs.Utilitarianism and pragmatism in the market resulting in pioneering credit quality of a variety of obstacles.Universities should take the responsibility as the Foundation,inspire students ＇ self-discipline,and take countermeasures,barriers that exclude students＇ credit quality to start,create a business atmosphere of honesty education.
