摘　　要：汽车上的脚踏板属于安全件,在整车上比较重要。脚踏使用频繁,若是布置不合理,会影响驾驶员的操纵性和舒适性。根据实际工作实践,文章以某轿车为例,对脚踏板布置进行要点综述,为布置脚踏板提供参考,脚踏板布置合理,不仅要满足脚踏板侧向间隙的法规要求,也要结合踏板落差、踏板的长宽高及脚踏板初始位置尺寸等经验要求进行布置。经过实车验证,该轿车脚踏板布置合理,说明经验要求是合理的。IThe pedal whhh hehmgs to a safety part is more important in a vehiele. The pedal is fequently used, which will affee! driver＇s operation and eomforl if the layout is unreasonable. Based on F.raetical experlenee, laking a sedan for an example, the pedal arrangement is summarized in main points. It is indicated thai the reasonable pedal arrangement must lneel Ihe regulatory requirements of lateral elearanee. Comhined with pedal gap, pedal dimensions and the initial position size of pedal, the layout is carried on. It is verified hy vehiele lest thai lhe sedan pedal layout is rational, and experience requiremenls is reasonable.
