单板层积材喷蒸热压的初步探讨

摘　　要：探讨了喷蒸热压制作杉木单板层积材的工艺。研究了热压温度、热压时间、喷蒸时间和涂胶量对单板层积材性能的影响。结果表明，喷蒸热压可有效缩短杉木单板层积材的热压时间，且制品性能较好。The study was made on steam injection hot pressing technology for making larninated veneer lumber(LVL) from fast-growing China fir (cunninghamia lanceolata ). Effects of four main factors, i. e.hot pressing temperature and time, steam injection time and glue spread quantities on LVL properties were determined. The results showed that the stearn injection hot pressing method shortened the hot pressing time of LVL, and the quality of the preducts was quite good.
