摘 要:运用凝集素亲合组化对100例乳腺癌进行了定位研究,结果表明:蓖麻素(RCA)在8例乳腺导管内癌7例阳性,而在其它类型乳腺癌阳性率均低(P<0.05)。荆豆素(UEA_1)在分化好的乳腺癌类型阳性率高于分化差的类型(P<0.05)。花生素(PNA)、Bandeiraea simplicifolia (BSL)和UEA_1在乳腺癌的定位有助于认识乳腺癌的分化特性。此外,作者认为PNA亲和组化对淋巴结微小转移灶的检出有一定的帮助。100 cases of breast carcinoma were surveyed by lectin-affinitive histochemistry. The result showed that ricinus comunis agglutinin (RCA) was located in almost all intradu-ctal carcinomas but one, while the positive rates in the other types were obviously lom (P<0.05)- The positive rates of ulex europaeus agglutinin-I (UEA,) in well-differentiated types were higher than that in poorly-differentiated ones (<0.05)- The location of peanut agglutinin (PNA) Bandeiraea simplicifolia (BSL) and UEA in breast carcinomas was of some regularity and it might help to understand the differentiation of breast carcinomas. The authors considered that the PNA-affinitive histochemistry was to certain extent benificial to demonstrate micrometastases in lymph nodes.
