摘　　要：论述了新型谷物防护剂一矽藻土的杀虫机理，标准化的毒力测试，毒效、药效及其影响因素，应用安全性，残留物及其对人体健康及环境影响等五方面问题的研究进展情况。The topics related to the development of study on Ditomaceous Earh, a new type of grain pro- tectant, are summarized in five areas. They are as the follows:1) Toxicological Mechanism of Ultrastructural Effect of Diatomaceous Earth on Stored Product Insects. 2) Evaluation and Standardized Testing of Diato- maceous Earths. 3) Effectiveness of Diatomaceous Earth on Stored Grain Beetles and Mites in Laboratory Experiments.4) Efficacy of Diatomaceous Earth in Field Experiments and the Factors Influencing its Effca- cy.5) Health, Safety. Ewironment and Regulatory Issues of Diatomaceous Earths.
