摘  要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)-C、VEGF-D及fms-liketyrosinekinase-4(Flt-4)蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及与胰腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法选择根治性手术切除的胰腺癌组织63例及正常胰腺组织13例。采用免疫组织化学法(Envision法)检测胰腺癌组织及正常胰腺组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达,检测癌周组织及正常胰腺组织中Flt-4的表达,并结合患者的临床病理特征进行统计学分析。结果 63例胰腺癌组织中VEGF-C阳性表达38例(60.3%)、VEGF-D阳性表达40例(63.5%)、癌周Flt-4阳性表达41例(76.2%),均高于正常胰腺组织(P<0.05)。VEGF-C、VEGI-D和Flt-4的高表达均与淋巴结转移及患者生存率密切相关(P<0.05)。胰腺癌中VEGF-C、VEGF-D与癌周Flt-4蛋白的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C、VEGF-D在胰腺癌中表达增高,Flt-4在癌周组织中表达增高,表明它们与胰腺癌的生物学侵袭性行为有关。在胰腺癌中VEGF-C、VEGF-D均与Flt-4的表达呈显著正相关,并与淋巴结转移及患者生存期密切相关,表明VEGF-C、VEGF-D和Flt-4可以促使胰腺癌发生淋巴结转移,且在转移过程中有相互促进作用。Objective To evaluate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) - C, VEGF - D and flns - like tyrosine kinase - 4 ( Fit - 4 ) in pancreatic cancer, and analyze the relationships between the expression and the clinicopathological characteristics of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF - C, VEGF - D and Fit -4. Statistical analysis was used to determine the relationship between the expression and clinicopathologieal parameters of pancreatic Carcinoma. Results The positive rates of VEGF - C and VEGF- D in pancreatic carcinoma were 60.3% (38/63)and 63.5% (40/63), which were significantly higher than the positive rates 23.1% (3/13)and 23.1% (3/13)in normal pancreatic tissue respectively (P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rates of Fit - 4 in paraneoplastic and normal pancreatic tissue were 76.2% (41/63) and 30.8% (4/13) respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expressions of VEGF - C and VEGF - D in pancreatic carcinoma were correlated positively with the expressions of Flt- 4 in paraneoplastic tissue ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The overexpression of VEGF - C, VEGF - D and Fh - 4 in pancreatic cancer were correlated significantly with lymph node metastasis and survival time of patients (P 〈 O. 05 ). Cortelusion The expression of VEGF - C and VEGF -~ D in pancreatic cancer increases, so does the expression of Fit - 4 in cancer tissues, which indicate that they are related to the biology invasive behavior of pancreatic cancer. In pancreatic cancer, both the expression of VEGF - C and VEGF - D are positively correlated with the expression of Fit- d significantly, furthermore, they are closely linked with lymph node metastasis and patient survival, indicating that VEGF - C, VEGF - D and Fit -4 can provide pancreatic cancer with lymph node metastasis, and have mutual promotion in the process of metastasis.
