结肠直肠癌中可溶性P选择素和IL-6、超敏C反应蛋白的相互关系

摘　　要：目的检测可溶性P选择素(soluble P-selectin,sPs)、血小板(PLT)计数和炎症因子白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在结肠直肠癌中的水平并研究其相关性。方法选取48例结肠直肠癌患者和38例正常对照作为研究对象,根据肿瘤分期将1期和2期患者分为A组,将3期和4期患者分成B组,分别检测sPs、PLT计数、IL-6和hs-CRP,并进行统计学比较。结果结肠直肠癌患者中sPs、IL-6和hs-CRP比正常对照明显增高(P<0.001),并且B组比A组患者的检测指标明显增高(P<0.001),sPs与IL-6、hs-CRP具有正相关(r=0.5624,P<0.03;r=0.7648,P<0.01)。结论结肠直肠癌患者血小板异常激活,具有炎症反应,并随着肿瘤的进程而增加。【Objective】 To understand the level of measure soluble（s） P-selectin（sPs）,platelet count,interleukin-6（IL-6） and hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in colorectal cancer patients,and the relationships between platelet activation and inflammation.【Methods】 48 colorectal cancer patients and 38 healthy subjects were recruited to our research,and colorectal cancer patients were divided into two groups： A-24 patients in stages I and II;B-18 patients in stage III and Ⅳ.We measured soluble（s） P-selectin,platelet count interleukin-6（IL-6） and hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）.【Results】 Soluble P-selectin,CRP and IL-6 levels were significantly increased as compared to the control group（P 〈0.001）.Plasma levels of sP-selectin,hs-CRP and IL-6 were higher in group B（with metastases） than in group A（P 〈0.001）.SPs and IL-6,hs-CRP has positive correlation（r =0.5624,P 〈0.03;r =0.7648,P 〈0.01）.【Conclusions】 Hyperactivation of blood platelets and inflammatory response in patients with colorectal cancer,also the inflammatory process and platelet activation progress along with colorectal cancer advancement.The relationship of platelet activation with inflammatory response in colorectal cancer patients.
