小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入治疗100例患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入治疗白内障的临床疗效及并发症。方法:对我院100例接受该手术治疗患者的临床资料进行汇总和分析。结果:患者术后1d视力、眼压、前房深度均较术前明显改善(P<0.05),术后7d和1个月的视力、眼压和前房深度都有进一步恢复,和术前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除并人工晶体植入术具有切口小、视力恢复快、术后散光轻等优点,简便易行、费用低廉,适合进一步推广使用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and complications of small incision nort-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intmocular lens implantation. Methods：The clinical data of 100 patients who underwent the surgery were retrospeetivdy analyzed. Results：Compared with before surgery,patients＇ visual acuity, intraocttlar pressure, anterior chamber depth were sig- nificandy improved （P〈0. 05）. After 7 days and 1 month, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth had further recovery（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The treatment of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for cataract was good for visual acuity recover with fewer complications and less astigmatism; which was simple, inexpensive, and worth for further study and promotion.
