摘　　要：目的:探讨过氧化苯甲酰对大鼠精子数量和功能的影响。方法:将40只雄性大鼠随机分为4组,其中1组为对照组,其余3组分别为过氧化苯甲酰低、中、高剂量组。16周后检测大鼠精子活动率、精子计数和精子畸形率等指标。结果:对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组的精子活力构成有差别(P<0.01),高剂量组精子活力最弱。对照组的精子活动率和精子计数均高于中、高剂量组(P<0.01),而对照组的精子畸形率低于中剂量组(P<0.05)、高剂量组(P<0.01),对照组无定形畸形发生率低于中、高剂量组(P<0.01)。结论:过氧化苯甲酰可能降低大鼠精子活动率和精子计数,增加精子畸形率。Objective：To study the effects of benzoyl peroxide on sperm count and function of rats.Methods：Forty male rats were randomly divided into four groups.The four groups included the control group,the low dose group,the middle dose group and the high dose group exposed to benzoyl peroxide.After 16 weeks benzoyl peroxide exposure,sperm mobility rate,sperm count and sperm aberration rate etc were measured.Results：There was significant difference of sperm activity constituent ratios in the control group,the low dose group,the middle dose group and the high dose group（P0.01） and the activity of the high dose group was lowest.Sperm mobility and sperm count were higher in the control group than those in the middle dose group and the high dose group（P0.01） respectively and sperm aberration rate was lower in the control group than those in the middle dose group（P0.05） and the high dose group（P0.01）.Amorphia incidence rate was lower in the control group than those in the middle dose group and the high dose group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Benzoyl peroxide could decrease sperm mobility rate,sperm count and increase sperm aberration rate of rats.
