摘 要:针对通用数控卷簧机对编程调试人员要求高,调机时间长等现状,设计了一套具有弹簧CAD功能的五轴数控系统。文中给出了该系统整体结构,详细介绍了其硬件、软件的构成与功能,简述了软件的编程思路。实践表明:该系统不仅满足卷簧机的高定位精度和快速响应的要求,而且在更换加工品种时,对调试人员的经验要求降低,新品调试时间明显缩短。When springs are produced in general CNC spring machine, the requirements for programmers or adjust- ers is high and the time for adjusting spring machine is long. In order to solve the problems, a 5-axle NC system for spring machine with spring CAD was designed . The controllers system scheme is given. The structure and functions of hardware and software were described in detail. The programming ideas were introduced. The results of practice show that it has high accuracy of control, quick response, the adjust- ers of spring machine need less experience and save more time.
