摘　　要：当前各种新旧思潮冲击着学校的德育教育,致使学校德育工作往往处于内外两难的境地。追求德育过程的无痕教育理念,其必然性是由社会转型时期德育理念的战略选择和德育过程在社会转型时期十分凸显的问题所决定的。为此,道德教育要从抽象化、空洞化的说教王国走出来,遵循教育发展的规律以及以人为本的价值理念。At present,various old and new trend of thoughts are pounding moral education in schools education,resulting in the situation of the school moral education work to be in the internal and external dilemma.To pursue the traceless education concept of moral education process,its necessity is determined by the strategic choice and very prominent problem of moral process in the social transition period.For this purpose,moral education needs to come out from preaching kingdom of Abstraction and empty sermon,follow the law of the education development and people-oriented values.
