摘　　要：从准时化生产方式的基本思想入手，分析了人们对准时化生产方式认识上的两个误区：其一，准时化生产方式等同于看板管理；其二，准时化生产方式就是零库存。进而明确指出了准时化生产方式这一先进制造模式的真正内涵──不断消除浪费和连续改进完善。在此基础上，深入探讨和分析了准时化生产方式所引发的意识革命。The paper starts with the basic idea of just-in-time. Two cognitive ndstakes about just-in-time are analyzed: first,just-in-time equals Kanban management; second, just-in-time is zero storage. Furthermore,it discusses the nd cormotation of just-in-time──the advanced manufatdring mode── that is, to remove waste uninterruptedly and make continuous improvements. Detailed analysis and exploraion is made of consciousness revoution caused by just-in-time mode.
