摘 要:针对传统的相似材料试验观测方法无法有效地获取模型破坏区域信息的问题,将工业测量技术引入相似材料试验观测,利用面扫描系统获取模型表面的点云数据,针对模型点云数据的特征,提出一种点云边界提取方法。该方法首先利用扫描线法提取裂缝边界点,然后利用最小距离法连接各边界,最后通过判断点云密度和边界闭合情况剔除标志点边界。对模型观测数据进行提取试验,结果表明:除了少数被标志点覆盖和破裂十分严重的边界以外,该方法能够较好地从相似材料模型点云数据中提取出非连续破坏区域边界,提取结果可应用于开采沉陷研究中。Due to the traditional observation method of the similar material test could not effectively obtain the failure zone information of the model, an industrial test and measuring technology was introduced to the similar material test and observation. The point cloud data of the model surface were obtained with the surface scanning system. According to the point cloud data features of the model, a collection method of the point cloud boundary was provided. The method was first to collect the crack boundary points with the scanning line method, then to connect each boundary with the minium distance method and finally to remove the landmark boundary with the judgment of the point cloud density and the boundary closed condition. A collection experiment was conducted on the observation data of the model. The results showed that except some boundary covered with landmarks and with serious cracks, the method could be well to collect the non- continued failure region boundary from the point cloud data of the similar material model and the results collected could be applied to the study of the mining subsidence.
