中国共产党“民主集中制”原则的历史考察及解读

摘　　要：民主集中制是中国共产党的根本组织制度和组织原则。通过历史考察可知,它的形成既是对世界无产阶级早期建党理论的借鉴与继承,又是结合中国国情逐步发展起来的具有自身特色的原则和理论。正确解读民主集中制,加强党的民主集中制建设,一方面要在党内生活中坚定不移地贯彻民主集中制原则,另一方面要正确把握好"民主与集中的有机统一",同时还要完善相关制度,为民主集中制的贯彻落实营造良好的运行环境。Principle of democratic centralism is the radical organization principle and system of Chinese Communist Party. Through the historical investigation reveals, its formation is not only a reference and inheritance on early party construction theory of world proletariat, but also principles and theory combined with the actual conditions in China with its own. The correct interpretation of democratic centralism and strengthening the con- struction of the party＇ s democratic centralism. On the one hand, we must firm implementation of the principle of democratic centralism in the party life. On the other hand, to correctly grasp the ＂the organic unity of democracy and concentration＂; meanwhile, we need to improve the relevant system, to create a good operating environment for running democratic centralism.
